Ripken Management & Design has produced a series of conceptual renderings for a potential baseball stadium in downtown Augusta, GA.  Designed as the future home of the Augusta Greenjackets, the stadium would provide flexible programming space for area teams and external events, and integrates the Riverwalk and Golf & Gardens into the design for easy public access. The outside of the stadium would provide amenities to the downtown area that would be open to the public, even when the stadium is closed.  These designs were completed after a feasibility study determined that building a stadium on the site would be the “highest and best use” of the property and concluded that a stadium would not only fit on the site, but would have a substantial impact on Augusta and the downtown area.
