Cypress Mounds is a youth baseball and slow-pitch softball facility for ages nine through adult play. Cypress Mounds is working in tandem with Ripken Management and Design as well as the architecture firm of Bani, Carville & Brown on the development and design of this facility.

Ripken Management and Design is a baseball and sports complex design firm based in Aberdeen, Maryland which draws on the experience of Bill Ripken and Cal Ripken Jr. to provide baseball facility design expertise. Cypress Mounds engaged RMD to evaluate the Baton Rouge and surrounding market for the suitability of a master planned baseball complex. The result of this evaluation was the design of a state of the art seven field complex with superior player and fan amenities. RMD is providing all baseball related design services for Cypress Mounds.
